The IT Steering Committee’s charge is to actively guide the campus administration on information technology (IT) matters by:
- Providing strategic oversight: The committee functions as a trusted advisor, offering high-level guidance on IT strategy and direction.
- Developing IT policy: The committee crafts and maintains policies and guidelines that govern the use and management of IT resources across campus.
- Driving the IT roadmap: The committee works collaboratively to develop and continually update the comprehensive IT plan for the campus.
To ensure the effective execution of these responsibilities, the IT Steering Committee convenes monthly throughout the academic year. Its membership comprises:
- Chairs of relevant campus IT committees, fostering coordinated efforts.
